acceptance of terms

by accessing or using lobby, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and our privacy policy. if you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

you must be at least 17 years old to use lobby. by using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

user accounts

community guidelines

you agree not to post content that:

• contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment

• promotes violence or self-harm
• contains personal information of others without consent
• is spam, advertising, or promotional content
• infringes on intellectual property rights
• contains malware or malicious links

content moderation

we actively moderate content to maintain a safe community:

• messages are filtered for prohibited content
• users can report objectionable content
• reported content is reviewed within 24 hours
• violations result in content removal and/or account action

enforcement

violations of these terms may result in:

• warning: first-time minor violations
• temporary ban: repeated violations or serious offenses
• permanent ban: severe violations or continued abuse
• legal action: illegal content may be reported to authorities

reporting

you can report violations by:

• long-pressing on any message and selecting "report"
• blocking users who harass you
• contacting us at support@lobbyrooms.com

we take all reports seriously and respond within 24 hours.

user-generated content

you retain ownership of content you post, but grant lobby a license to display and distribute it within the app. you are solely responsible for the content you post.

intellectual property

lobby and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

disclaimer of warranties

lobby is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. we do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, lobby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

termination

we may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. you may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

changes to terms

we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. continued use of lobby after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the united states. any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
